What we do
Infrastructure

Liberi is building a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company — sourcing, financing, deploying and operating GPU clusters with partners across hardware, finance, data centres, energy and software.

A GPU acquisition closes only when equity, debt and offtake align. We run one model, one structure and one negotiation across all three — from indicative terms to financial close and deployment.

AI services

On top of that infrastructure, we deliver managed private AI services for financial institutions and government — built with Vertical Data and VAST Data, integrated into the customer’s environment, with controls built in from the start.

Getting AI infrastructure live

Our goal is simple.

Remove the complexity that slows organisations down, and replace it with the expertise, relationships, execution capability to get AI infrastructure live — and put it to work.

01
Acquire
Acquisition & sourcing

We source the right hardware for your requirements — navigating OEM availability, pricing cycles, and procurement complexity so you don't have to.

02
Deploy
Deployment & implementation

From logistics and installation to integration and go-live, we manage the full deployment lifecycle with a single point of accountability.

03
Commercialise
Commercialisation & go-to-market

We connect large-scale GPU infrastructure with the financing, platforms, and partners needed to bring it to market and generate returns.

The full AI stack

Four layers. One partner.

Most AI programmes stall between layers — power that isn’t contracted, a hall that isn’t ready, GPUs without a customer, models without controls. We work across every layer, so a customer’s full AI requirement can be met in one place. Each layer can also be bought on its own.

04

AI services

Applications & inference

Managed private AI for financial services and government — knowledge assistants, document intelligence, compliance evidence, regulatory change, and model evaluation. Built on existing models, with permissions, citations and audit trails from day one.

GPU compute

Hardware, storage & financing

Blackwell-class GPU clusters sourced across leading OEMs including Dell and Supermicro, financed largely by senior debt, and bundled with VAST storage for regulated customers on multi-year contracts.

Deployment & operations

Tier 3 colocation across the Nordics, UK and US. We manage data-centre deployments end to end — logistics, customs, installation, integration and go-live — for our own fleet and on behalf of clients.

Track record

From kick-off to purchase order.

Liberi advised the board and investors of a publicly listed GPU cloud operator on a 576-GPU B300 deployment in Nordic colocation — reporting to the board every two weeks across every workstream.

Lender framework secured

Financing

Structured bridge and senior facilities; secured a lender framework of up to $100M for the client’s pipeline.

Offtake

Originated and qualified five prospective offtakers.

Procurement

Ran Dell, Supermicro and channel options side by side; timed orders against OEM price increases.

Data centre

Negotiated power, capacity, term and deposits; resolved a contested termination notice.

Implementation

Replaced the incumbent managed-service provider; coordinated logistics, VAT and installation.

Commercial modelling

Modelled minimum viable rates across 3-, 4- and 5-year terms against a 1.15× DSCR covenant.

Certyfy

Independent assurance for GPU assets — from the chip to the revenue it earns.

GPUs are now a financed asset class, yet lenders, insurers and regulators still rely on the borrower’s word. Certyfy turns the attestation built into modern GPUs into evidence they can rely on — independent, continuous, and reconciled to the contracts the asset earns under.

AI that works for everyone

Cooling and power infrastructure

We believe the infrastructure decisions made today will determine who benefits from AI tomorrow. Sovereign infrastructure should not just serve the few — it should be designed from the ground up to be inclusive, efficient, trustworthy, and sustainable.

That means taking data centre energy consumption seriously. The hardware choices, cooling architectures, and workload optimisation strategies behind a GPU cluster have real consequences — for operating costs, carbon footprint, and long-term viability.

We are currently developing an AI energy optimisation engineering programme to help clients reduce the energy and cost overhead of AI infrastructure without sacrificing performance — because sustainable compute is good infrastructure, full stop.

AI for good, for all

We design and advise on infrastructure that prioritises equitable access, societal benefit, and long-term public value — not just institutional efficiency.

Energy-optimised infrastructure

Right-sizing hardware specifications to match workload demand reduces waste, lowers costs, and extends the operational life of data centre investments.

Sustainable by specification

From GPU selection to cooling strategy, we factor energy efficiency into every infrastructure recommendation — because the most powerful system isn't always the most appropriate one.

Trustworthy by default

Provable compliance and transparency shouldn't be a premium feature. We work to make cryptographic trust the default standard for sovereign AI — accountable to regulators, and ultimately to the public.
